  1. Network Error: This error message arises when VoxLab cannot connect to our servers to process your request. Please check your device’s internet connection, ensuring you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data, and try again.
  2. Ad Loading Error: The message “Sorry, can’t load ads at this time” may appear due to reaching your daily quota of ad-supported credits or a temporary app-wide advertising outage. These limitations and outages are imposed by our ad providers.
  3. Failed Generation: While extremely uncommon, we have received reports of failed generations resulting in credits being taken from your balance without providing any content output. Should you encounter this issue, follow the steps below.
  4. Failed Purchase: While extremely uncommon, we have received reports of failed credit purchases resulting in purchased credits not registering in your VoxLab credit balance. Should you encounter this issue, follow the steps below.

Error Resolution

Should you encounter any errors that require direct assistance, such as a failed generation or failed purchase, our support team will do its best to assist you. Follow these steps:

  1. Screenshot: If you run into any issues, capturing a screenshot or using another method to document the error can greatly assist our support team in understanding and resolving your problem efficiently.
  2. Account Details: For privacy reasons, your email address is often encrypted and not directly accessible. To help us assist you, please provide your click-to-copy User ID (UID) which can be found by navigating to “Settings” via the in-app menu.
  3. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team with a detailed description of your issue, including the aforementioned information, for a prompt resolution. Contact us via our email form or join our Discord server for assistance at your convenience.
