As many of our free users may have noticed, generating free credits via rewarded ads is not functioning properly. This is, unfortunatley, out of our control. As a result of a massive influx in traffic, our backend ads provider has temporarily limited our ability to run ads. This minor aims to address that, as we are aiming to have this issue resolved within the next week.
- Rewarded Ads: We’ve made changes to the way we run ads, based on correspondance between us and our backend ads provider, to get this limit lifted as soon as possible. Providing a free and fair service is a priority to us.
- Non-Rewarded Ads: Although you haven’t been seeing them as a result of the limit, we’ve reduced the presence of ads in our app altogether to provide a more ad-free and user-friendly experience.
